My print jobs aren’t showing up in my user box when I log in to the copier

Make sure you have “Follow-Me-Print” chosen as your selected printer.
You may not be logged in to the correct account on your computer. You must be logged in to your own district account using your district email address and password. That’s how the system knows who to send the print jobs to on the copiers.
I’ve tried everything above and it still isn’t working
You may want to try restarting your print spooler Restarting The Print Spooler Service.
It may be an issue with the copier itself. Please Contact the Technology Department.
