Troubleshoot Issues Printing to Copiers
The list below describes some common issues and solutions you may run across when attempting to print to the district copiers.
If you’re attempting to print from a Macbook or iMac device, please Contact the Technology Department. Macs require a different configuration in order to print to the district copiers.
I can’t log into the copier at all
Your password may have expired. Please see the page on changing your password.
I can log into the copier manually but not with my badge
Your badge may not be registered to the copiers. Please see the page on registering your badge.
My print jobs aren’t showing up in my user box when I log in to the copier
Your password may have expired. Please see the page on changing your password.
You may not be logged in to the correct account on your computer. You must be logged in to your own district account using your district email address and password. That’s how the system knows who to send the print jobs to on the copiers.
Make sure you have “Follow-Me-Print” chosen as your selected printer in whatever application you’re attempting to print from.
I’ve tried everything above and it still isn’t working
Check that you are connected to the network.
You may want to try Restarting The Print Spooler Service.
It may be an issue with the network or the copier itself. Please Contact the Technology Department.
